Global Digital Women ist das führende Unternehmen im Bereich Diversity.
Was als kleines Netzwerktreffen in Berlin angefangen hat, ist zu einem international tätigen Unternehmen geworden. Unser Ziel ist es, die Gleichstellung der Geschlechter zu beschleunigen, den Anteil an Frauen in Führungsebenen und in Digitalberufen zu erhöhen und nicht zuletzt Frauen mit Digitalfokus branchenübergreifend sichtbar zu machen und zu vernetzen.
Unsere Arbeit erstreckt sich dabei von der der Konzeption und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen für Frauen rund um die Themen Digitalisierung, Empowerment und Diversity bis hin zur Planung und Umsetzung von Social-Media-Kampagnen oder Unternehmenspodcasts. Außerdem richten wir selbst den Digital Female Leader Award und den FemBizSwiss Award (Schweiz) aus. Hinzu kommt die Durchführung des Programms Bayerns Frauen in Digitalberufen (BayFiD) sowie die Diversity-Beratung ACI, mit der wir Unternehmen aktiv bei der Umsetzung von Diversiy-Maßnahmen beraten.
